Dr. Kathryn Birmingham ensures that the company’s online training standards are met and leads the teams developing training solutions. Birmingham is a former University of Florida professor and was Dean of Arts and Sciences at Florida State College, where she oversaw the biotechnology degree program and food testing analytical lab. She is also certified as a Lead Instructor for the FDA compliance with Preventive Controls Qualified Individual training.

She also excels at conducting hazard analyses, risk assessments, and recall investigations to determine the root cause of issues and how to best control pathogens, specializing in developing Environmental Monitoring Programs for ready-to-eat foods.
